The opportunity

Creative work feels uncertain.
The process shouldn’t.

Clients often enter a creative engagement excited but unsure: communication scatters across inboxes, feedback loses its context, and the next step becomes difficult to see. Threshold was designed to hold that uncertainty with clarity—without turning an intimate partnership into cold project-management software.

Design principles
01

One clear next step

Prioritize what needs attention now instead of presenting a wall of project data.

02

Rationale in context

Keep the thinking beside the work so feedback becomes more useful and assured.

03

Human where it matters

Gemma handles routing and logistics; Katt and Arbor remain present for creative decisions.

Core journey

From uncertainty
to clear participation.

  1. 01

    Orient

See the project’s state, next milestone, and one clear action.

  2. 02

    Understand

Follow the roadmap without decoding creative-process language.

  3. 03

    Respond

Review work with rationale in context, then approve or refine.

  4. 04

    Stay connected

Ask Gemma for logistics while keeping creative decisions human.

  5. 05

    Keep

Find every working and final asset in one considered library.

A functioning concept

Not a picture
of a product.
A product you can enter.

The prototype includes a responsive dashboard, project timeline, deliverable review and approval, Gemma-assisted messages, and an organized asset vault.

About this presentation

Threshold is a self-directed UX/UI and product design concept by Vale Studio. Its client, project details, conversations, and deliverables are fictional and were created solely to demonstrate the intended experience. The interactive prototype is front-end concept work, not a production client platform.
